What to expect

The Yoga will be therapeutic and adapted to suit individual needs. This will include giving you specific practices to continue at home afterwards.

The food will be purely Ayurvedic and very simple in order to aid the cleansing process.

We will be following the Ayurvedic daily routine of Dinacharya, with lunch as the main meal and a light supper of soup. There will be Ayurvedic herbs, tailored to individual needs.

Each participant will receive 2 Ayurvedic body treatments, a full body oil massage (Abyangha) and a second treatment which will be decided during your stay and designed to enhance the retreat and detox experience.

Everyone is asked to assist with keeping the place tidy, however you will feel tired and so please do rest as much as you need. You will have your own sleeping space and there are plenty of restful hideaway places at the venue, so you can use these as you wish during the day.
