Beyond the bleed, beyond our life change of perimenopause, what happens next? Post menopause we are said to move into our wisdom years, where we learn from one another, support other women, reflect on life experiences and grow together.
Join Jane and Virginia for this 2 hour workshop exploring the continuing cycles of your life in the menopausal years.
We are interconnected with nature, the moon, cycles of day and night and the seasons. We can use these to understand ourselves and to embrace our post menopause years of wisdom.
This workshop will take you through the everyday magic of cyclical living step by step, teaching you an approach that can serve as both a map and a compass and giving you a sense of connection, meaning and purpose in your autumn years.
This 2 hour workshop includes:
- Information on cycles in nature and in our own bodies and how these mirror one another.
- Explanation of the Ayurveda approach.
- Exploration of different constitutional types and how these present in menopause.
- Discovery of how to use these cyclical awareness to maintain wellness and a sense of emotional and physical balance.
- There will be a practice of deep relaxation and time for questions and discussion.

- A safely held space
- A personal, intimate event with a maximum of 12 women
- Welcoming all of who you are, and how you are in your menopause journey
- To experience the wisdom of cyclical living and how it can guide you through menopause to rebirth and second spring
- To be heard sharing your experiences and receiving the wisdom of the other women in the circle in return

Jane is a proudly post-menopausal woman who believes that this transformation brings unprecedented possibilities for us to grow into the woman our soul came here to be.
She brings a depth of wisdom and experience into her work as Midwife of the Soul, weaving together two decades as a transformational coach with cyclical wisdom, ritual and ceremony. She’s very open about the fact that her own peri and menopause journey lasted over a decade and took her to hell and back many times, yet claims it as her most wise and wonderful teacher. This teacher has brought her home to herself in ways that she could not have even imagined. Her dream is for this powerful initiation to be returned to its position as something to be honoured, supported and celebrated and to bring timeless post menopause wisdom into our modern world.
Virginia is an Ayurvedic practitioner and Devi devotee based between the UK and India.
She is passionate about inspiring individuals to take responsibility for their own health and wellness with Ayurveda as well as supporting those living with disease or debilitating conditions. With a past career as a nurse and a constant curiosity about all things Ayurveda she brings a unique mixture of east and west to your wellness experience. Delighted to be fully post menopausal and celebrating this stage of life she shares her own experience as well as east west wisdom.

Ayurvedic exploration ONLINE – Vata

Goddess Circle – Autumn – settling and resting
In this circle space all women are goddesses. We will explore what this means for us individually and collectively as we share and support one another throughout this half day journey. Practices will include feminine movement, deep restful Yoga Nidra, Mudra and Mantra.
