Welcoming Solstice – a One Week Intensive – Morning Yoga practice ONLINE

Join Virginia for this one week intensive of Yoga, incorporating movement as well as stillness, theory and practice, focusing on the upcoming solstice.

During this one week journey we will share a practice together that is intuitive and holistic. Our practice will incorporate classical yoga practices including asana (postures), pranayama (energy work using the breath), mudras (hand movements), mantra (making sound) and meditation.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • This is a one week course, starting Sunday 14 June and meeting every morning for one hour from 630am, focusing on Yoga and the forthcoming summer solstice.
  • Practices will be inspired by the energy of the sun.
  • This will enhance your overall wellness, focusing on the physical body, mind  and emotions. 
  • Each session will include – asana (physical movement), pranayama (energy work using the breath), mantra (sound), mudra (hand gestures) and meditation. 
  • All practices are adapted to the needs of the group, so suitable for everyone, regardless of your level of experience.
  • There will be a WhatsApp group to support this process, to share experiences and allow questions and discussion during the week.

The total cost for the whole week is £72

Attendance ‘live’ at each session is preferable in order to be fully interactive and get the most from this experience. 
An email will be sent one week prior with some simple health and yoga questions so that I can gauge the needs of the group. 

The total cost includes a WhatsApp group which will support your practice through the week.
Virginia will be available for any questions or issue arising from this experience.
