I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend both the Ayurvedic approach to wellbeing and Virginia for her considerable insight and experience having contacted her when I was struggling to overcome the aftermath of pneumonia. Physically and psychologically I felt so out of sorts and that I had ‘lost myself’. We had an online consultation and everything Virginia explained to me finally made sense and I was naturally keen to learn and experience more. I opted to join her Autumn Cleanse group and since that time I haven’t looked back, now feeling 100% healthy, with bags of energy and strangely like the entire pneumonia episode had not happened.

Autumn Cleanse & meditation practice ONLINE
An online at home cleanse plus home ritual and meditation practice. In Ayurveda it is recommended that we cleanse at the change of season in order to prevent build up of ama (toxins) in the body and mind, this helps to prevent disease. Navaratri is a nine nights practice where we focus upon the goddess in various forms. These two practices quite naturally run alongside one other and help us to focus on our self care whilst rebalancing and rejuvenating the body and mind.
During this one day retreat you will be encouraged to rest, restore and let go. Using restorative gentle yoga, meditation, yoga nidra and sound and with a delicious seasonal lunch, this day is designed to nourish and nurture you as the seasons shift and change. We will complete our day by making a mandala for Diwali, welcoming in the festival of light.
Monthly Moon Gathering – community practice ONLINE
A monthly online gathering, aligned with the cycles of the moon. A variety of practices will be shared and include, gentle movement, breathing, yoga nidra and meditation. There is the option to join a moon cycle WhatsApp group where the Nityas (moon goddesses) are shared daily, with a different for each day of the moons cycle, 30 in total.
The Ayurveda Pancha Karma process is a complete reset for the body and mind which includes complete one-to-one individualised personal care and attention. Address physical and emotional health issues, exhaustion, and stress.
“I was able to relax, go inwards and let go of my cares knowing that Virginia was there to support me and take care of everything. I highly recommend this amazing and essential process for true healing. More so, I recommend doing it with Virginia for a warm, connected and easeful experience.” (Fran 2025)
“I wholeheartedly recommend Virginia to anyone seeking a truly authentic and deeply supportive Ayurvedic healing journey. Her knowledge of Ayurveda is extensive, but what stands out most is the intuitive way she tailors each treatment. Everything felt thoughtful and completely personalised, from the therapies to the diet, and I felt truly seen and supported throughout the entire process. It’s a rare opportunity for profound reset and renewal here in the UK, and an experience I will carry with me for a long time.”(Rina 2026)
I will work with any presenting health issues that arise as well as in a preventative way.
In Ayurveda we work with the elements and ‘doshas’ which indicate your past and present constitutional state as well as your disease tendencies. This approach is entirely tailored to the individual. We address the root cause of disease.
Virginia is an amazing therapist. She is very professional and has helped me to reduce pain from an arthritic hip with vasti treatments. She also helped me with long standing sleep difficulties by a 2 hour shirodara session- that was sublime!

In Ayurveda we categorise food differently to the western approach. If you have looked at the Ayurvedic view on food you may have noticed for example that we don’t talk about proteins and carbohydrates. Instead we use a system of different tastes. All of the various foods available to us have different tastes. The way…
Ever since we came into existence we have had a connection with the moon and the lunar cycles. The moon is a feminine energy, strongly connected to water, emotion and the ebb and flow of life. Life comes from water and it isn’t possible to create life without it. When we are in the stage…

Wikipaedia says – A ritual is a sequence of activities involving gestures, words, actions, or revered objects. Rituals may be prescribed by the traditions of a community, including a religious…
