In Ayurveda it is recommended that we cleanse in order to prevent build up of ama (toxins) in the body and mind, this helps to prevent disease.

From 21st March there will be a WhatsApp group for anyone interested in completing a cleanse.

The cleanse plan will be as follows
21st March, week 1, stop all caffeine, sugar, dairy, alcohol, wheat
28th March, week 2, Cleansing food and routine (info will be shared in the group)
3rd April, week 3, reintegrating other foods and lifestyle
Anyone on the group will have access to a discounted 121 session (online or in person) to discuss their individual requirements. You need to join the group by 20th March 8pm (uk time) at the latest to take part. Access to the WhatsApp group is FREE (Any donations for Varanasi widows appreciated).
